Re: Strongest of the Hidden Leaf: The Hyuga Clan FC

Well I guess this series truly does end in bad note, in the end Neji along with any Hyuga didn't get the respect it deserve, and I don't see how Bolt Movie is going to make this series any better as it will continue to milk this series dry and I don't find impressive with Bolt at all because he's just a duplicate version of Naruto without a byakugan and I find it disgraceful to Neji.

Kishi is one of the most trollicious mangaka I've seen , anyone else are much better off handling this Naruto series than Kishi, even SP can do better job with making some good fillers.

I hope anyone can see huge error in this manga and see many fans complaining and hopefully make a sequel for this series, because Kishi really lost it, and honestly this whole Pairing ruined the manga. At this point anyone can live of Fanfiction instead of this Series.
It really did ended on a bad note. Remember Naruto said that he wasn't going to take any shortcut? Yet the only reason why he surpassed Hokage is because of his special lineage.

Seriously? The pairing ruined Naruto?!

Re: Strongest of the Hidden Leaf: The Hyuga Clan FC

It's one of the things that ruined it.
Sorry but I can't see a single pairing ruining or even coming close to ruining a series unless the focus of the series IS the pairing like with Romance manga.

The only issue with the pairings in this series was the consistent build up of them. But moments of build up were there throughout the series. Just not as much as one would prefer.

The second problem was that Neji died a pointless death. Which for most of the people here who like Neji more than any other Hyuga, I suppose leads to more disdain for the series.

SasuSaku has the same problem as NaruHina that there was some (though abysmally less) development.

However, considering 95% of this series was not even focused on pairings, I can't agree that the pairings are shit or ruined the manga.

SS sends a bad moral message. How does it not help ruin the series? NH killed a beloved character. There are other things that ruined this series but this is one of them.

Depends on how you interpret it for SS. In one way you can praise Sakura's love that never wavered no matter how far down Sasuke fell into darkness. Another way you could view it as pathetic that she stuck to a guy that wanted to kill her.

Neji's death served more than just to provide a moment for the two. It showed just how different Neji had become. From the hateful guy who tried to kill Hinata to a guy who died to save her. Not to mention it also provided a shock factor. The fact one of the K11 died actually provided some change. Sucks it was Neji, but at the same time his death had an actual impact emotionally.

How many people would have cared if Shino or Tenten died? Hardly any.

Shikamaru should have been the one who died since he actually got some development in Part 2, unlike Neji. When he died I wasn't sad, just annoyed. I know some people that just didn't care because he was irrevelant for so long.

Re: Strongest of the Hidden Leaf: The Hyuga Clan FC

I meant in the ending when you look at the perspective, pairing were used nothing more but fanservice, we've never seen such buildup between Naruto and Hinata, hinata was pretty much irrelevant back then, and Kishimoto completely forgot about the time Hinata stood up for Naruto almost dying. Why couldn't that be the "cupid" moment. She had literally confessed her love to him yet Naruto still didn't get it.

Instead Kishi decided to use one of the best character were used for pairing device as a cupid to bring NH closer. Neji's death didn't even make any sense. I thought his death represent freedom, defying unjust situation and changing destinies, because Naruto was the one who changed Neji, and Hinata shared the same common with Naruto but it's just only to bring Naruto and Hinata together -__-

If Kishimoto's poor reaosn for killing Neji is because of a NH moment then he should not have a reason to kill him off permanently. There have been plenty other way to do it. They didn't get together and still Nothing happened for another TWO years. . Yes his death lead to some hand holding and inspirational speech giving, but it didn't really go any further than that. It is already bad enough Kishi killed Neji off for a pairing, but he didn't even execute it right. In the end it was pointless, nice way to waste a great character.

Neji still had room to grow and discover new things. Jiraiya and Asuma already served their time and passed on their torch to the next generation. Neji did not get a chance to receive that opportunity yet and now he never will. Hell, even Gaara and Kakashi faced similar deaths and they were somehow brought back.
how many time
Kakashi is much older than Neji and yet he was saved. Why is that? It's because Kishi doesn't have the balls to kill off someone like Kakashi or Gaara but he has the balls to kill off Neji because he assumes that Neji is not so important enough to keep around so he just got rid of him for an asinine NH moment.

And don't get me started with Oonooki and Tsunade, they're still Alive despite How many time they should've died, but again it's all because of popularity. How ridiculous.

Some of neji fans are neji fans they like naruhina too but there are not too much of those people. Well most of them were naruhina lovers which liked neji but they didn't care about him when he died Cuz of the pairing. And well the leftovers are uchiha fans which well aren't fond of hyuga clan. Well it's a big achievement I guess.

That's actually impressive for him, considering how little attention he got in part 2

I'm not sure if that's a good thing or bad thing considering his death was BS, I'm not sure if that's going to make Kishi overlook the error and realize the mistake by killing him off because of popularity, I wonder if he's going to do anything good or justice to Neji character in the future but I highly doubted it.

Who gives a shit what this makes Kishi thinks ? It's not like he'll be writing any worth while manga anytime soon. Besides, I bet his next manga, whenever or whatever it may be, willf lop, so he;ll end up running back to the Naruto series in order to make easy money, as he would already have a following there. honestly though, making one shot chapters or "in between" arcs wouldn't be such a bad idea

I'm actually pretty ok with this list. It has a lot of people I've seen through various things and I was like WTF. Good to see though that Neji was real high on that list too.

It's funny. Neji is my favorite character and I really did cheer for Naru/Hina, but the fact they killed Neji for it just saddens me to no end....
It's like whyyyyyy!?!

I wish he'd fix/redeem him but he won't. Kishi doesn't really care which is upsetting.
