He solo'd Tonrei who is on par with madara with a KCM powered Falcon Punch neg diff. His base rasenshuriken can be manipulated and controlled now, similar to dbz freeza* destructo disc vs goku ssj1. It solo'd multiple OP'd puppets neg diff. Naruto solo'd the likes of tonrei after getting most his chakra drained. Imagine Hokage Naruto, GG NV.

nawwwww. Chakra level and battle experience are two different things. Nobody beside the 1st hokage can match Madara's battle experience. This random ass dude Tonrei ain't about that close combat fight. He don't know how to fight in his weakest moment. Which is why Naruto was able to beat him. So no, he is not on par with Madara. He might have more power than Madara, but that don't mean crap on the battlefield when somebody got more fighting experience than you or use a stupid over power fighting style(spam shadow clones with rasengan).

I believe the only characters with even more power are only Kaguya and 3 JJ Madara is on par with JJ Hangoromo. Madara has the Holy tree + Juubi, nobody except Kaguya herself can surpass that. Toneri's power comes from thousands of byakugan... (and he needed to have thousand of them to be on par with rinnegan) Also they did not say which version of Madara...
