Why can't people accept the fact Naruto gotten weaker?

It's pretty obvious as to how Naruto became weaker. What was Naruto doing those past two years after the war? Hanging out with Sakura and Konohamaru.

Naruto only got stronger because of the threat that was growing:
* Sasuke owned Team 7... badly. -- Naruto trains to learn Rasenshuriken to catch up Sasuke.
* Pain kills Jiraiya. -- Naruto decides to learn Sage Mode.
* Sasuke is too strong for Naruto. -- Naruto FINALLY realize he need Kurama's power to do anything.
* Obito pushes Naruto to his limit. -- Naruto unlocks BM.
* Madara pushes Naruto to his limit. -- Naruto obtain power of the Sage.

Each villain push him to his limits and beyond. Now that the war is over, I doubt Naruto needed Kurama Mode much if not at all. Therefore, he got weaker as time passed. Similar to Gohan from DBZ.

Allow me to use #MangaFacts to greater my assumption on this claim. When Naruto came back from training with Jiraiya all he learned was how to make a bigger Rasengan. Since there was no threat to push Naruto, he just barely got stronger. Only until Sasuke own him does he realize he "truly" need to become stronger.

Therefore, Sasuke > Naruto after chapter 699.

Considering Naruto fodderized Toneri with one punch in his base form (no Kyubi chakra mode, tode sage mode or Rikodu sage mode), it apparent Naruto got stronger.

OP is still hating. You still don't want to admit that Naruto never received training at a young age outside the academy like Sasuke. That the 9 tails held Naruto back by making it harding to control his chakra and power. Sasuke never had to deal with that.

Naruto spent the time skip training to control the 9 tails. He doesn't have a eye power that allows to learn at a fast rate or automatically gives him jutsu.

Naruto didn't get weaker. Naruto during "The Last" was able to block/countered Toneri's moon splitting attack using only partial chakra mode.
