Anyway with chakra build up it is true, even if it is just very short amount of time it is required to put nore chakra into eyes even if a bit to activate doujutsu.

Considering that Kakashi was already prepared to fight Sasuke he clearly was building up his chakra already for any jutsu, he just transfered this amount of chakra into eye and spawn Kamui the same second arrow was about to smash him.
I am not arguing that it took a lot of time, but it would be completly another case if Kakashi was surprised and was able to warp it. We can not properly judge this properly and assing to Kamui build up chakra amount of time, as battle was basically off-screen.

Neji who is inferior to Hiashi even in part 1 was able to react to Kidomaru super fast arrow charging at him:

^^ as you can see the arrow of Kidomaru covered a little bigger distance to Neji in about same amount of panels, maybe little more and that was Genin Neji, now Part 2 Neji would be at least a bit better and Hiashi even more.
Also notice amount of chakra Neji was emitting through whole battle, just imagine Post Time skip Neji or even Hiashi, well you should know answer.
The only problem Hyuuga would have is definietly speed to keep up, but their reaction time is nothing to laugh about.
EDIT: well I know Sussano's arrow power > Kidomaru's arrow, I am not dumb but about the speed they seem about same speed.

All kakashi had to do was immediately activate the jutsu, no need to aim when his eyes already caught glimpse of the arrow an with the speed of the arrows an how much distance they already covered it made kakashi's job easier because of the distance since thats one of the perks of the sharingan, can track in high speed scenarios.
Kamui warp will fail since obito has to sneak grab hiashi which will fail for obvious reason an the moment obito solidifies to attempt the warp he gets stoped by chakra getting expelled from the tenketsu, an plz dont tell me obito warps him before he can even expell his chakra.

Its portrayed to be more deadly because of their size an ability to fire simultaneously + extra perks of havin it used by a strong construct like susano. The arrow itself has never demonstrated the speed/velocity/impact force or pulling force of kido's an in terms of databook hype it still surpasses susano's even tho much smaller an fired out of eyes view, kido had to use his 3rd eye to precisely zoom in for his shots while sasuke was in eyes view for all his shots except the small cave column which was still standing after the shot.

The chakra build up is only reason why Hyuuga has chance wether you like it or no.
Hyuuga can see through genjutsu, so it is debatable.
MS Susanoo of any of them is not such impressive as you make it out to be.
You are too much blind by your hate towards Hyuuga or other side characters. yeah Uchiha have great upperhand and it would took all effort from very skilled Hyuuga to even have chance at win, but they can pull it off, especially Hiashi.
