Well, he sure strung you along pretty bad. It's all you seem to talk about. Every bad thing about Naruto and Hinata, and for that matter Sakura and Sasuke, can be simply explained by an out of universe reason. He didn't show any mutual love for any characters because of his first editor telling him to include a love triangle. That godawful 2 year timeskip in the movie is explained by Kishimoto wanting his characters to be over 18 before they were shown in any serious romantically charged scenes. People need to face the reality that the romance in this series just served as a tool to incite drama and in the very end was hastily resolved to give him the children for the next generation. It's painfully obvious he had these pairings mapped out from the start, but he chose not to mutually develop them. Oh well. Move on.

Exactly.All these pairings seem lopsided.As one of my friends said

NS makes no sense but has development
NH makes sense but had no development
SS makes no sense and no positive development

This is what makes it laughable that this guy had to dig this pit because of sales reasons.Any writer who has confidence in his writing like Oda didnt need to resort to this trick.Even Bleach pairings seem better than Naruto

If he's not embarassed of writing perverted nonsense like what I've mentioned, especially with him being a married man, there is NO reason he should feel embarased when it comes to writing romance. He should stop lying and making up excuses, should just come out and say he ignored the romance for too long then decided to half ass it along with everything else by the end of the manga.

Oh FFS, Naruto and Sasuke are wearing pendants with each others faces on them! How much more obvious can it get? They also are shown at least half naked with faces that make it look like they're having orgasms, and Naruto is constantly sitting on his **** during their fight, not to mention how absurdly close Sasuke comes to Naruto's face when he's unconscious, or their accidental kiss, or the fact that Sasuke pretty much hugs Naruto in the beginning of part 2

if you are japanese you can, they have no problem with *** but a real problem with showing and expressing openly their feelings

unlike many westerners, asian people understand *** and romantic love are not the same, you can have both yep but you can also totally separate them.
it's monotheism which made us freak out for no reason about sexuality and in their case, it's a cultural thing to no show any emotions/feelings because it basically can bother others and it's inappropriate to be an open book, wearing your heart on your sleeve.

In Japan the legal age for adulthood is 20.Doesnt change a thing and seriously if he can have Naruto and Sasuke kissing I doubt he would be that embarassed
