Could Sasuke/Madara Use Rasenshuriken?

I have my own personal opinion, but I'd like to know what others believe. Kakashi, a known fodder, has been shown to copy the Rasengan with ease. Sasuke and Madara(Double Rinnegan Sage Mode), are both the owners of their last occupied eyes and Indra reincarnates with powerful chakra. Do you think that just by watching Naruto perform it, that they could match the ratio and elemental characteristics to accomplish the technique themselves?

This is a topic I haven't thought about but I think you're right. The rinnegan allows them to use any chakra nature and with the power of the sharingan they can copy chakra manipulation so my answer is yes

The Sharingan has been shown able to see how chakra flows and in what amount/ratio. Kakashi using Perfect Susano'o shouldn't be amazing either. He saw it being used before, had sage chakra, and used his eye for quite the while. Mangekyou users never got to Perfect Susano'o because they never had the chance to train there(they'd lose light).

In theory, anyone can learn Rasengan, but Rasenshuriken is a whole level above it. I don't think either possess the skill for it. Madara's nature affinities lie more so in Katon's (which he excels in) and Sasuke the same, along with Raiton. They don't manipulate chakra on the level of Naruto or Rikudou.

Yes he can. He couldn't use those techniques though because he doesn't have the eyes to analyze them.

Every Dojutsu does that allows someone to see chakra, and no idea what you mean by amount/ratio. Kakashi also never had a chance to train his sharingan, yet he used PS perfectly first chance he got.

The amount of chakra stimulated within the technique and it's areas. Sasuke was shown able to mix his Amaterasu with Rasenshuriken this way. Kakashi had been so adept to his Sharingan that when he got sage chakra, he has able to perform the Susano'o. It may have even been hinted that he copied it from seeing Sasuke(Naruto calling him the Famous Copy Ninja).

It would depend on how long he trained trying to learn it ( rasengan ) Naruto trained for days with hundreds of clones just to put elemental chakra into the rasengan ( none of his masters nor the techniques creator achieved this), sasuke could maybe manifest a fire/lightning variant with enough training but could take months/ years, and even then manifesting it and throwing it are 2 different things.

Also, Kakashi didn't copy the Rasengan. He learned it from Minato. Remember, Kakashi created the Chidori after failing to add his Lightning nature to the Rasengan, and he had Chidori before he got the Sharingan from Obito.

What ability?

Amenominaka and Yomotsu Hirasaka are from her Rinne Sharingan. Kekkei Mora can't be copied.
