Could Sasuke/Madara Use Rasenshuriken?

Could the same logic be applied to both said Uchihaha be able to copy the ability of Kagugya...

What ability? Her teleportation? No, because it requires too much chakra and requires the RinneSharingan. Perhaps Madara can, but definitely no one else.

Every Dojutsu does that allows someone to see chakra, and no idea what you mean by amount/ratio. Kakashi also never had a chance to train his sharingan, yet he used PS perfectly first chance he got.

They should be able to do so with training. Rinnegan grants all elements and Sasuke has chakra control feats on the level of Rikudou. I don't see a problem with him using it.

So the Sharingan can see the process and the user replicates that process.But yeah,Kakashi learned it by training with Minato.

In that case, to say he copied it would be an exaggeration, or, at the very least, an over simplification.

They could, but they need to learn Sage Mode to be able to use it otherwise they'll just keep damaging their hand until they can't use it any more, and im pretty sure Sasuke doesn't want to lose his other hand.

Now that I think about it, Rasengan isn't out of the question, but neither of them are using Rasenshuriken without at least a minimum of 10 years.

They could learn it, however, I don't think they'd be able to just glance at Naruto do Rasenshuriken and be able to do it right off that bat.

They'd have to practice with it at first to be able to nail it.

Sharingan would be able to help them get normal Rasengan down but they'd still have to learn how to manipulate wind nature to that extent needed for Rasenshuriken.

Being a genius doesn't really matter. Sure they can understand the technique better than most, but actually learning it is an entirely different scenario. Neither have been known for their precise chakra control either, only strong chakra which makes using techniques cost less chakra. And I don't really consider Madara a genius. Sasuke more so.

Naruto is a genius in his own category sometimes, and Rasenshuriken is one of them.
Rasengan is something acheivable through a shinobi with potent skills, but Rasen-shuriken is on a level of it's own. Hence why Kakashi/Minato/and Jiraiya (amma add him there cause he mastered the original version) couldn't apply element natures to it.


There are lots of things only Naruto can do, but there are also lots of things only Sasuke can do.

This being one of them, imo.

Ten years! Damn, Lol. The sad truth is, even if they learn it they won't be able to use it unless they learn sage mode otherwise they'll be damaging their hand and won't be able to mould chakra anymore XD.

Bahahaa, yeah there's that too. But they might be able to use it regardless. Naruto in the last was throwing them in base like it was nothing.
