Think of the momentum of the rasenshurikens. There's no way the enton could burn the attack in an instant. It has to be absorbed by the wind element before it could burn it up, which in that time the chakra orb (massive rasengan) or tbb would still be going straight for Sasuke, with Sasuke's enton coated all over it.

Didn't you read? Sasuke didn't absorb all of the chakra, that's why Naruto could still punch him and make a rasengan afterwards to counter Sasuke's attack.

Plus, Naruto always had a crazy amount of stamina. There were a lot of times when he still fought when he was low on chakra.

What about the momentum of the arrow? Enton wouldn't burn the attack, the Rasenshurikens would instead make the flames bigger and stronger, absorbing the power granted by Fuuton and you'd have bigger arrows racing towards Naruto.

Indeed fire consumes wind. But the FRS isn't stationary, if it gets engulfed by the flames it will keep moving to sasuke's destination.

To put it simply the flames won't stop naruto's attack from moving towards sasuke

Like I said, what about the chakra orbs inside the rasenshuriken? When they did the combo attack, the wind element absorbed the enton arrow in an instant. The attacks were aimed at the same direction at the time, but the fact still remain that the wind element absorbed the arrow as soon as it made contact. That still leaves the chakra orbs inside the attack which was shot towards Sasuke.

The wind element is around the chakra orb, which rotates in the same direction. The enton arrow will be absorbed by the wind element as soon as it makes contact and the flames will be forced to rotate with the wind element. The enton arrow won't even reach the orb unless it engulfs the wind, by which the arrow won't even have enough force to knock back the chakra orbs. That's why the chakra orbs will still be heading towards Sasuke. Even if it slows down a bit, Sasuke's attack won't reach Naruto.

By the way, manga said sasky absorbed almost everything. Yet naruto got a LOT more than sasky. I guess naruto bending over and worrying was all an act. It's called "standup joke" :cool:

Throughout the manga it has been shown that enton lacks stopping power. Enton lacks the cutting power of wind or even lightning.

An example of this is naruto and sasuke's final clash. The enton did nothing to enhance sasuke's chidori, infact it ended up doing more bad than good. It was also easily deflected by an ordinary rasengan.

What I am trying to say is you can't assume that the enton arrow will have the same cutting potential and stopping power as indra's arrow. If the arrow gets enhanced by the flames it will lose form and it will not consume the rasengan let alone the TSB.

In short the enton arrow would be a worse choice than the lightning one.

The Enton arrow wouldn't be stationary as well, it would be moving counter to the RS therefore. It could push the RS back slightly, clashing with it, enveloping it, then growing stronger

Plot argument doesn't make sense. FACT: He was meant to lose regardless of whether the way he lost made sense or not. All you can say was that the way he lost wasn't logical which is just poor writing.
