Okay, so maybe his healing power may be gone, but its not confirmed whether his bijuu chakra is gone or not so..

No it isn't. They're not even correlated.
The Bijuu's chakra was just a separate power-up on the side. The main power-ups for Naruto and Sasuke were Rikudou Sage Mode and the Rin'negan, and the Bijuu's chakra and the Sharingan powers were on the side to complement the powers. It's what sets Naruto and Sasuke apart from Ashura and Indra, who likely only had one facet of those powers; Naruto and Sasuke have both.
Rikudou's Yang is what's responsible for Rikudou Sage Mode.
No, Rikudou's chakra is hagaromo's alone. When Naruto & Saskue died hagaromo manifested his chakra( Uchiha + Senju) within them along with the yin/yang seal. Onced mixed Saskue awoken the rinnegan and Naruto RSM. RSM is a combination of Hagaromo's chakra(Uchiha + Senju), All bijuu chakra and Naruto's sage mode(Nature Energy). When the sage manifested his power in them resulted in to permanent unlocks Rinnegan & RSM. Mangafacts.
So you are correct somewhat +Rep However Rikudou's seals were only for chibaku tensei, nothing more. Naruto's RSM isn't yang release, however his COAT was yin/yang release.

I said Rikudou's actual Yang chakra is what's responsible for the Rikudou Sage Mode, not the seal. I'm also a proponent of the seal being nothing more than a seal.
Hagaromo explained how this power was obtained and its abilities, during Naruto vs Kaguya, he displayed the ability to fly. Only those with Rikudou's chakra + Bijuu Chakra can accomplish, also the gudodama technique.
Naruto took rikudou mode a step further by combing it with his own sage mode resulting in RBSM.

Both Sasuke & Naruto hand seals were for ONE purpose.
When both N & S aim their seals towards both side of Kaguya, both seals disappeared;
hence summoning Hagoromo to seal his mother.
Hagoromo need a lot of chakra in order to seal his mother, that's why he had to summons previous Kages to provide the chakra to him.
Kaguya had already consumed a lot of chakra, so Hagoromo had to have plenty of chakra so that;
he could seal Kaguya. Both were in giant form (alien).
Hagoromo had explained that to seal Kaguya, both he and his brother had to do it together.
His current form cannot do it.
