Read chapter 690-699 and you'll see a part where the sage mentions that slowly chakra from all the bijuus seeped into Naruto so he has their powers and he is their meeting place. Proof of how he doesnt have RSM?

Read the battle between Sasuke and naruto where sasuke tells naruto that he used up all the bijuu chakra, and he didn't use RSM in the last movie..
There's nothing in the manga that says that the bijuu chakra continues to slowly seep into naruto...
And where's the part where it says naruto regain the other half of the kyuubi?

Do you know what chakra actually is? Its not something you can lose forever, what Sasuke meant was that he had used to much of the bijuu chakra and he needed to recharge it to regain it. That doesn't mean he can't use it, when he got BM he was able to still use KCM, what makes you think the same property doesn't apply here?
Read the manga please, The sage said that the bijuu chakra slowly seeps into Naruto and that he is their meeting place. Do not tell me that Hagoromo didn't mean it that way because it is pretty clear what he said and Hagoromo > You when it comes to Naruto.
Did you not see the part where the sage asked Kyuubi to go back in to Naruto? He was obviously talking to Yang Kurama, did you also not see where Naruto said that he missed kurama and then Kurama said that he had a part of him inside of Naruto. Yang Kurama was sealed along with the other bijuu's so that the IT could be done and so that Kaguya could be released, when Kaguya was defeated obviously all the bijuu's would have been released.

Since Sasuke couldn't defeat Six path Sage mode Naruto, Saske Fanboys are happy Kishi neg dif him so as Saske can finally have a chance.

There is a difference between Bijuu chakra and normal chakra, normal chakra can easily be given back and forth easily, however bijuu chakra requires it to be sealed within the person. Before you say "But the whole alliance was given kyuubis chakra without having it sealed in them"... Well did you ever see any single one of them use the kyuubi's techniques? Bijuudama or anything? Nope. Meaning that when someone gives another person bijuu chakra, all it does is give them an incredible amount of chakra which allows them to add more power to their attacks. While when a bijuu is sealed within a host they have the ability to use the bijuu's chakra and abilities, thus Naruto using the bijuu's chakra and their techniques. Think this is just assumption? Show me a scan of a bijuu-cloaked person (who is a non-jinchuriki) who has used a TBB or any bijuu technique. You obviously need to read the manga and actually learn what chakra is since by the looks of it you have little idea about what it is.
