Think of it like this.
A Little Boy (Obito) lets a Murderer (Madara) into the house (The ninja world/ Leaf Village) to kill his father (the kage), and siblings (other Ninja), because he doesnt like his fathers rules (the ninja system). The murderer kills a bunch of his siblings, and heavily injurers his father. In the end the little boy understands that what did was wrong and helps other siblings bring down the murder.

Why should he be forgiven? Becuase he helped fix a problem that he started?
The problem is that the Blame can go anywhere. Obito for starting it, Hahsirama for starting the system, Ashura and Indra for starting Ninjutsu, Hago for Having them, Kaguya for having Hago, The god tree for producing chakra.
Where does the blame stop? Obito has to take responsibility for his actions. Forgiveness is on an individual level. Courts and laws dont determine forgiveness, people do, individuals do.

I understand but his actions were a result of an outside source/influence. In this case that would be Madara/Kaguya. He was used as a child and he was filled with lies and false hope. He acted upon that which he thought was true goodness. He didn't kill people because he was a murderer at heart. He was misguided and brought on the path that made everyone else his enemies.

I think Madara not instigated any thing, that all Obito done for himself only, Obito is aware that Madara manipulated him all along by allowing Kakashi to stab his chest to destroyed the seal of puppet, but Madara still got BZ as back up plan.

He first showing the sign that he not cooperating or blackmailing Madara is when they both on Juubi's head.
