IMO Tobirama will defeat Obito but Obito will use Izanami to try and change fate but still Tobirama would sense Chakra build up and be on his guard. Also Tobirama was fighting Juubito so im pretty sure he would wreck the fodder version of Obito.

Tobirama has literally no info on kamui if we go by the manga, he only fought juubito & he never even encountered intangibility/warps.

Obito can take this with mid diff, tobirama will never think to mark his clones & he'll never think to even use FTG. The fight will start in cqc & once tobirama or obito makes contact tobirama gets warped away.

With full info obito would need a summon to win.

Why would he? He has no idea how obito's ability works or that he even has any special jutsu to begin with, as far as tobirama knows this guy is a regular uchiha, so he'll fight him normally.

Sure it would be viable to place some marks if obito had some sort of dangerous ability that tobirama knows about, but since he doesn't know about kamui he won't expect to slip right through him.

I figured Tobirama fighting normally would mean he uses one of the Jutsu he invented and once he sees Obito use Kamui he will realize he is no normal Uchiha
