AWESOME JOB, Chie. Those were all great panels to use and take away from! And I can't believe there were so many of them that hinted at Itachi's true nature. O_O That was such a cool thread to read. :')

I'm going to start putting my part of the thread together once school is over. I just haven't found time to do it, so I figure that would be easiest.

You know, I think Itachi and Shisui probably had deep, philosophical conversations with each other. For Itachi to admire Shisui so much, he must have been able to speak with him and understand him on a level that no one else did.

I know we got some good Itachi and Shisui moments in flashbacks and fillers and whatnot, but I honestly wish we had more. I mean, seeing a young Itachi and Shisui playing together before things got serious? That would be adorable! Not to mention that I think Kishi blew over Shisui's impact on Itachi. There was development yes, but I feel that he could have explored it a bit more than he did.

Were discussing a genjutsu that requires absolutely no eye contact, no point of a finger, seemingly, nothing. Itachi can quite simply place anyone under this genjutsu, with no indication of even performing the jutsu, and perfectly replicate reality so that the victim wouldn't even know they were put in a genjutsu. And as you may or may not know, the very first step in even attempting to break out of a genjutsu is realizing you're in one; which would be nearly impossible in this scenario. Aside from a very few [Experienced Dōjutsu users, Perfect Jinchūriki, and elite level Sensors] no one is safe from this. If prompted, Itachi could simply utilize this near undetectable genjutsu and then swiftly finish his lifeless opponent with any means necessary.

A truly broken technique, well, shinobi altogether. Kishimoto had no choice but to make Itachi a pacifist and hold him back in every fight.

. This couldn't possibly be the case, as Naruto wouldn't of been able to command his clones from within a genjutsu; and neither would they have appeared within Itachi's genjutsu world either [

]. This wasn't an illusion, it was reality. Furthermore, Naruto even knew not to make eye contact with Itachi's eye or finger.

People also chose to believe that Naruto was cought in Itachi's genjutsu via the sharingan implanted within the crow [

]. Also not the case because, when Itachi utilizes his crows in reality or genjutsu, the birds always leave feathers [
