Given how he always had a calm/serene/stern/serious/etc look on his face... I can't see him looking that angry.
The closest thing to this is when he glares (which gives him a stern look), but the picture you posted looks more like disgust.
Given his mindset, I don't think anything could disgust him enough to the point that he'd openly show his disdain. So, we can't really know what he's thinking. Since this look is OOC for him in the first place.

You know, I think Itachi and Shisui probably had deep, philosophical conversations with each other. For Itachi to admire Shisui so much, he must have been able to speak with him and understand him on a level that no one else did.

I wonder why there aren't any other relationships like that in Naruto. I was trying to think of who I could relate it to, and the only pair that comes to mind is Minato/Jiraiya, which is obviously far from the dynamic Itachi/Shisui had. Actually it's probably most similar to Naruto/Iruka I guess. Idk...

JUST IMAGINE if Kishimoto had actually gone with that as Itachi's design and still given us the calm, cool, and collected character that we all know and love. xD I can't help but look at that design and imagine a cocky, badass loudmouth.

So last night, on a whim, I decided to scour the internet for Itachi...stuff. During my search, I encountered lots of artwork involving Shisui, Kisame, Sasuke, and even Sakura that I could have definitely gone without seeing lol. I'm sorry if a lot of these are reposts; I tried to choose ones I hadn't seen before :/

Hey, any positive reaction toward Itachi is good in my book. *_* I love ALL of those panels. <3 And the last one is hilarious. xD Seriously though, those panels are some of the best examples of Itachi throughout the series, and among other things, they made it for me too!UNCLE ITACHI. :NO: All of them were great pictures, none of which I’ve seen before by the way, so you’ve definitely done well! Why yes, you chose just as well for these gifs!! I haven't seen any of them before! <3 I like the first one, mostly because of how simple it is and for the expression on Itachi's face. :O They're all really good though! I can't wait for more!!
