Sasuke wins. Yin Yang KCC v3 has comparable durability to Kyuubi's avatar main body which saved Sasuke from being severely damaged from JJ Obito's drop. [
Madara's v3 was getting overpowered by a single Kyuubi avatar tail. [
Mokuton of Madara's level gets easily cut through by PS [
Tengai Shinsei gets cut apart and Preta is useless once PS is up [
All in all Sasuke will have a much superior PS due to Yin Yang cloak.

Mokuton can't absorb PS (otherwise Madara's Susanoo-Kyuubi fusion wouldn't have sense) and it can't breach it before getting destroyed, so it's a nonfactor.Rinnegan: Once PS is up, Madara will need to use it too, so Rinnegan won't be capable of being used since it's user is inside Susanoo. If he pulls a Tengai Shinsei Sasuke cuts it with his way stronger PS.

Scroll up and you will see that Naruto's avatar has better durability feats (without senjutsu, thus it's less durable than Sasuke's PS) and Sasuke's amped V3 has an equivalent feat. In case you haven't realized: Sasuke plows through Madara's PS and cuts him down. Needless to say, but: Sasuke wins, low-mid diff, the latter if he decides to play around.

Apply the same boost his Complete Susanoo got from this cloak to his Perfect Susanoo, and the fact that Naruto's Avatar was equal with the Senjutsu Susanoo, (Minus Bijuu Dama) while Naruto's BM Avatar bitchslapped Madara's Complete Susanoo. You come to the obvious conclusion that EMS Sasuke wins.
As I established previously, the cloak will not enhance Sasuke's Susanoo if his base Chakra alone was multiple tiers below Madara's Susanoo.

To further debunk this cloak power-up argumentation, Hashirama compares every Chakra cloak comparable to his quality of Chakra. Madara was able to compete Hashirama in a battle of Chakra, which resulted to both ran out at the same time. So the cloak itself is weaker than Hashirama's & Madara's Chakra. This is Edo Madara, who is flowing with also Hashirama's Chakra and a portion of Rikudou's Chakra that he awoke via Rinnegan.
So by clear feat comparisons, Madara showed better defensive and offensive feats of Susanoo. The point is, Sasuke's Susanoo, if enhanced by Kurama's cloak, will never match Madara's. 1 swing of Madara's PS, and Sasuke's Susanoo is slaughtered, Sasuke's flesh is thrown all over the ground, the battlefield is destroyed.

Yes, it was enhanced, but not the levels of which Mei used on Madara's V1 ribcage, which still took Tsunade and Ay enhanced by Onoki to completely break it. Whereas Sasuke's got taken out plain. The other scan, yes, Bijuu's tails produces more physical strength to completely destroy Madara's V3 Susanoo; whereas Obito did it by throwing them both to the ground.Both scans show his Susanoo is inferior.
