Mokuton: Sasuke

it like it's butter. Mokuton can't absorb PS (otherwise Madara's Susanoo-Kyuubi fusion wouldn't have sense) and it can't breach it before getting destroyed, so it's a nonfactor.
Rinnegan: Once PS is up, Madara will need to use it too, so Rinnegan won't be capable of being used since it's user is inside Susanoo. If he pulls a Tengai Shinsei Sasuke cuts it with his way stronger PS.
Susanoo: Madara's Susanoo's best destructive/durability feats are these two:

by the equivalent of 11 Bijuudamas. Scroll up and you will see that Naruto's avatar has better durability feats (without senjutsu, thus it's less durable than Sasuke's PS) and Sasuke's amped V3 has an equivalent feat. In case you haven't realized: Sasuke plows through Madara's PS and cuts him down.
Needless to say, but: Sasuke wins, low-mid diff, the latter if he decides to play around.
