The only reason Mu could replicate jinton after fission was because by splitting himself he split his chakra in half allowing each body to have a equal half. By splittig himself his chakra reserves dropped under what was needed for him to create a jinton.

Jinton requirement = 55% chakra

Mu 2 = 50% chakra

Well that does make sense. And Mū wasn't an idiot for splitting... He wasn't in control of himself and he would've been sealed had he not...
But, true or not true, it doesn't matter very much in the end. Orochimaru still has counters to Hiruzen's attack.

Naw I thought that to till the data book stated jinton was not possible when split. Edos cannot spam, because then hiruzen could make a planet full of clones. They still have caps to there chakra and still have to replenish (as seen with edo Kcm minato).

Edo's have the same chakra pool as they did while alive. They're just able to replenish it unlimitidly.

They do seem to more toppled than destroyed... I mean there's not a single gate gone. Maybe dependent on the user a Rashomon Gate does have different strengths.

It seems to me there is a difference dependent on the user.

Nope. PS's sword is the one that interact with the Gates not the energy of a TBB exploding on impact.

2 different damage attacks. If no sword was orbiting the TBB, the Gates would of have been obliterated from the explosion.

There is nothing to show the gates are different depending on the user. That is absolutely ridiculous.

The gates were never shown to be destroyed, they were used to divert TBBS away from the summoner. Kiba dented one while TBB laser and TBB pushed the giant gates away.
