I'm pretty sure it was stated in the manga that it wasn't Ay at the time for the Cloud. They attempted to kidnap Hinata, but that's when Hiashi's brother, Neji's father Hizashi went in her place, because of the Curse Seal and how it wouldn't give them anything from the Byakugan.

Iruka did take Naruto out for ramen. Iruka was just strict with Naruto because he was a teacher and Naruto was an incurable prankster.

This is one of reason people hate sakura more, u are just disgrace to this manga
