3) Ichibi--Kyuubi then join forces with its former or new host to form a coalition of Jinchuuriki. Ichibi-Gaara, Kyuubi-Naruto, Sanbi-Mizukage (maybe), Hachibi-KillerBee, etc.

4) The new form coalition will then battle Madara+Juubi in one final showdown of Celestial proportion.

5) The Final Clash between those Tailed Beast (9 Bijuu vs Juubi) will have a global effect on the entire world, the enormous power generated by the clash will effect every individual and sever their Chakra Circulatory System. The resulting effect is that no one is able to manipulate chakra anymore. (madara is dead of course and all the bijuu have gone to the other realm as a result of the battle)

6) This signifies the end of the shinobi world (Since there is no more shinobi) and Naruto will lead Konoha and the rest of the village to create a single country rather than separate land with the help of all daimyos.

7) Peace reign and no more war.

Kyuubi is sealed into Naruto with a seal that will destroy Kyuubi/Naruto if broken.

Bijuu are chakra beasts, you need to mix the chakra together for them to combine into Juubi.

As I said you'd need to mix all of them together to create Juubi or else he would have been created when Hashirama had 1-8 and Madara and Kyuubi attacked Konoha.

Chakra is part of body and soul you can't just erase that. Would be like me erasing your heart or brain.
