In NEji vs kidomaru he said NEji makes his chakra into a needle then stabs the opponent

That's an application of gentle fist. Not the basic method of gentle fist itself. This should be fairly obvious.

Put simply, shutting down 1-several points in an arm shuts off flow in that arm. Basically, Choji will begin shrinking.

Not only that but neji was also able to shut down a healthy CM2 Kido with only 1 strike after he channeled a tiny amount of chakra to damage kido.

People might argue that this was a headshot so kido was already done for but we saw base naruto receive multiple shots to the head when he was attacked by 64 palms.
64 palms is a unnecessary skill in my opinion as neji couldve simply stopped naruto from channelin chakra with a single well placed strike as jyuken was stated to only need a glancing blow to solo.

explain to me why Kisames clone ate it like it was nothing

Itachi also smiled at a odama rasengan getting planted into his chest, not to mention kisame smiled after gettin his chest blown out.
The kisame clone had monster reserves+samehaba's healing facter

So you're telling me that Kabuto knew of literally every single jutsu his edos used? Not very likey. There is such thing as auto pilot, you know that right? And if you're going to agree with Draegod, you're going to have to prove to me that you can shut down an Edos chakra system. Because I'd love to know how Juken works on essentially an animated dead body with no functioning innards.

Ever gave Chouji's strength/durability a thought...? Because everything you and Draegod are suggesting isn't adding up in the slightest. Air Palm didn't do anything to Kisame but push him back. The mechanics behind the jutsu is as how you guys explain it, however that doesn't change the fact that durability may very well play apart against it's damage potential; seeing as isn't exactly like gentle fist where their chakra is being directly forced into the target via direct contact.

My main point exactly is that at that point, I really don't see why Neji can flow chakra into a being by just holding the thread and channeling it through it to affect his inner organs but then Hizashi's won't work

In the top left, you can see how Kakashi explains it here When one's chakra hasn't been pressed, they can flow chakra into other beings which is why I'm saying Hizashi not doing it there may be due to the controlling fact or so but I don't see why him not doing it there should mean he can't use it when naturally, this works in any being by just sending chakra into them which would damage their organs. Not that this isn't the same a One blow body.

Durability shouldn't be a factor when this technique is being used since it affects his organs and requires just channeling chakra through him. We know for sure Hizashi didn't use it.

As for the Edo part that Draegod was saying, I actually didn't really factor in the Edo part but you realize that Hiashi resorted to his Byakugan which enables him to see those points and even battled him using Gentle fist style bottom left . I don't think he'd be using that style if the Chakra points weren't factored in.
