Exactly, not everyone. The UZUMAKI were capable of it, though.
It was implied that the Rinnegan is hard to control. Nagato was an Uzumaki, who have great stamina, and thus was capable of using the Rinnegan.

Give Karin the Rinnegan, give Naruto the Rinnegan, give Kushina the Rinnegan... they can all handle it.

I don't see it making much of a difference, but we can't confirm it until we see something other than CT. Obito had one and he didn't do anything with it but summon GM.

Technically he shouldn't, but since he has been able to withstand his Sharingan for years and since he has been able to master Kamui, he MIGHT be able to.
But yet again, Sasuke only implied that in order to stop the Infinite Tsukuyomi.

It's a normal Rinnegan infused with Hagoromo's chakra. Who knows, it may have the power of two Rinnegan eyes.

Uzumaki are said to have strong stamina, chakra and life- power.
He wasn't picked as a special person, he was picked randomly as he was an Uzumaki.

Obito doesn't have as much chakra as the Uzumaki and the Senju, not even Madara does.

Because Kakashi was not an Uzumaki. Dude, I've been trying to say this the whole time.

Stamina is durability, not necessarily chakra-related. Getting cut and being able to stand counts as stamina.

Nagato got the rinnegan because he has a bigger life force than anybody else.

Physical energy/life force=/= chakra reserves or chakra pool whatever.

Obito wasted chakra for two to three days in the war, even Nagato can't do that.

Sasuke wasted chakra for three days and yet his chakra is inferior to Naruto's. Obito was completely destroyed, but then he became the Ten tails Jin. Plus, the Ten Tails did most of the job after the revival. Obito only did well against Naruto and co using the Bijuu. After that, he didn't fight much until he became a Jin.

But yet again, physical energy is what I count as chakra reserves.
