Sasuke wasted chakra for three days and yet his chakra is inferior to Naruto's. Obito was completely destroyed, but then he became the Ten tails Jin. Plus, the Ten Tails did most of the job after the revival. Obito only did well against Naruto and co using the Bijuu. After that, he didn't fight much until he became a Jin.

But yet again, physical energy is what I count as chakra reserves.

Sasuke used all the chakra of the bijuus, but as an Uchiha he didn't have the physical energy to keep going like naruto.

The juubi didn't help for anything, did you forget the toll it took to control it?

The juubi/Gedo mazou feeds on life force, that was the whole point of Infinte tsukyomi.

Controlling six bijuus all simultaneously drains chakra not support it.

Nagato had a hard time control six dead bodies for pain, six bijuus is a death sentence.

Physical energy is not chakra reserves, Justus that require physical energy take a good portion of your life regardless of the quantity of chakra you have.

Because Nagato has a massive amount of life energy, he can rinne tensei a whole village.

Madara/Obito can only bring back one person because their life energy are not as vital as nagato's.

Chakra reserves is just the size/storage of how much chakra you can naturally use.

Stamina/life energy is the result of after your chakra is depleted.

The pendency of being able to pull enough stamina/physical energy to produce more chakra by mixing it with mental energy.

Naruto was running on pure physical energy when fighting a Sasuke at VOTE, despite Sasuke borrowing all nine bijuu chakra and absorbing naruto's...

He still lacked physical energy to even use the chakra he stole.
(That's when he complained about not being able to control the rinnegan)

DB gave itachi a 2.5 in stamina, 2.5 chakra doesn't create Susanoo or Amatersu. At least get that part through your head.

When naruto fought Neji and had all his chakra points blocked, kurama poured his chakra into naruto because he couldn't use his own.

Well no sh*t, he has no life energy left after rinne tensei and extraction from Gedo mazou.

He couldn't produce much chakra of his own, he needed to steal some from Madara to even make a rikudou staff

Madara learned all about the Rin'negan in his old age. Just because he didn't use it in battle in his alive form doesn't mean he didn't know basically everything there is to know about it. Not everyone is like Naruto and Sasuke who use their new powers in battle to become accustomed to them. Madara was obviously in that cave with the Rin'negan for quite some time. He was a master of the Rin'negan, seeing as how he could combine Deva with his Susano'o, utilize Preta and many other things.

Sasuke is the opposite and learns in battle, like Naruto. Hence why after the Kaguya battle he could use Preta, Deva and Outer Path, and it will only get better over time.

Madara would be on Hagoromo's level, provided we are talking about Prime Madara.
Sasuke would be in and around Hagoromo's level presumably if his Susano'o grows to the size of his Bijuu Susano'o naturally as his chakra matures. Sasuke has to make up for the lack of power by utilizing his massive Susano'o in conjuction with his Rin'negan powers (like amplifying Shinra Tensei with it and the likes).

However, Hagoromo and Full Kurama Rikudou Mode Naruto would likely be slightly superior to their counterparts.
