Pretty much the title. I've been chatting around different threads for the last couple hours and I don't seem to get any notifications from anyone I've talked to. :/

It happens.

Sometimes I'll get the quote notification, sometimes I won't. It's not too big of a deal, since NB has been living without it until very recently.

I mean if you make changes to the quote like Highlighting a specific part of the quote or something.

Well for the last couple days now I haven't received one notification at all.

Go back to see posts I've made and have been quoted to like over 10 times.

I wonder if they just disabled it for everyone since it's a problem.
