I get that, which is why I'm pointing out the inconsistency. Neji explained that you had to be of a certain age to be placed into the side branch, he did so during the exam fight with Naruto. Hanabi was already past that age by the time Hinata was placed under Kurenai's charge. If Neji and his father were branded, the father the brother of the clan heir just like Hanabi is the sister, then she should have been branded before that decision was even reached. Bad writing, filler and cannon, is to place yourself in a corner and just throw something in for plot convenience and not follow the rules of your story.

Hanabi can't be a branch member because she was born into the Main Branch. The only reason Hizashi was placed into the branch family was because he was the younger TWIN. Hanabi is just the second born , but still born into the Main House.

Yea I really respect Hanabi, this filler gave us more insight to her character that never gets any screen time since we had no idea of her personality, but thanks to this episode, I had to say she's such an awesome female character, I totally feel sympathy for her.

Technically speaking Kaguya species (his mother) passed down her bloodline from the shinju fruit to Hagaromo so therefore that negate Hagoromo being aliens since it's likely Kaguya husband is an earthling according to the myth reference that Kishi took it from and implement into his series and Hagoromo is nothing more but a fracture of the shinju fruit which he obtain from his mother in other word, the shinju fruit which the bold brought my point.

Yeah but that's not how genes work. Just because hagoromo inherited more of the shinju powers doesn't mean he doesn't have kaguya genes. That's like saying naruto isn't a namizake because he's got the life force and chakra of an uzimaki. He'll we don't even know where the hyuuga clan originated from. Hamura only known descendant is toneri otsutsuki and he doesn't even have a byakugan. They Hyuuga clan in my theory were just a lucky clan that inherited one of the many kkg that kaguya possessed when she shared her chakra with the world. If my theory is right then that'll make hyuugas more human than the uchihas and senju

And as we saw with Sasuke,2 tomoe can copy Jutsu,yet 3 which allows the user to predict movements is fodder? The Sharingan can perfectly copy any jutsu besides KKG from seeing it once.

The Sharingan can cast Genjutsu from just a glance,which is why there are flee on site orders.The Sharingan is the farthest thing from fodder.

A system that was set up, and still in place by the time Neji died, is suddenly tweaked for Hanabi? Again, why her? There was nothing stated that she possessed greater potential than Neji, who again was stated more than once to have the strongest Hyuuga genes? Hinata's father even said, during the exams, Neji was screwed by destiny and should be the successor of the clan. So by that logic, if he can take a side branch member, like Hanabi, and make them successor then why couldn't he have chosen Neji?
