Sharingan Sasuke is one of the best Shinobi in the world.Are you aware that he was Solo Glance with Tomoes? Sharingan Itachi is one of the best Shinobi in the world.And pretty much any Uchiha with a Sharingan is top tier.MS was said to be unlocked by only a few Uchiha.

So most Uchiha's never unlocked MS and they were still the best along with Senju who no one could beat,and to top it off did you know the Sharingan itself was said to be awakened by only a few Uchiha?

Madara says, that there is a connection between them, something beyond blood. That doesn't mean that they aren't blood relatives. It just means that there is something connecting them other than blood inn this case, Indra.

It wouldn't make sense for them not to be blood relatives when the sharingan is something only blood Uchihas can awaken.

I get that, which is why I'm pointing out the inconsistency. Neji explained that you had to be of a certain age to be placed into the side branch, he did so during the exam fight with Naruto. Hanabi was already past that age by the time Hinata was placed under Kurenai's charge. If Neji and his father were branded, the father the brother of the clan heir just like Hanabi is the sister, then she should have been branded before that decision was even reached. Bad writing, filler and cannon, is to place yourself in a corner and just throw something in for plot convenience and not follow the rules of your story.
