Since I'm new to the anime , I'm trying to get a better insight on power levels and tiers. Anyway rank them from the strongest down :

At the moment, I feel like Teach is weaker than Marco simply because I see him being Luffy's final enemy. He's Luffy's antithesis, so I see him developing with Luffy. He's definitely leagues ahead of Luffy now, but I just don't see Teach being the same level of strength as he is at EOS as he is in the story's current point.

I wouldn't be surprised if Marco ends up being stronger than BB post-TS. BB never really trained over the TS, it was stated that he was going DF hunting (presumably for his crewmates) & claiming territories. What if the WB pirates trained for 2 years just like the SH pirates did? That's the most probable explanation as to why post-TS Marco will be stronger than post-TS BB. I placed BB over Marco just to be on the safe side but it's quite possible for Marco to be stronger.

That's why I said it's the most probable explanation as to why post-TS Marco will be stronger than post-TS BB. Ofc it's an assumption. I do believe that post-TS BB is stronger but if it turns out that Marco is stronger, I wouldn't be surprised.

Yes. I see the EOS being a war between the top tiers, which will include Marco and Teach. Since the top tiers at that time will be in the same general level, and Teach will only be getting stronger, I don't see him beating Marco now because Teach will get stronger and still be in his general level by EOS.
