From this point on there is no danger to Obito.

I'm not a fan of Obito, but you have to give him the speed of Kamui. It's not that both eyes are being used, but that with both original eyes, the true and ultimate power of the Mangekyou is achieved.

If we're talking about Double Rinnegan:
Obito would teleport the original Madara since he can't see Limbo. That just means Obito would think he won, and get roflstomped by a Limbo clone. What is so hard about this? If he somehow lived from the attack, then he'd go intangible and get hit by Madara in Kamui. Either way, Obito can't win.
