He was very aware. He specifically stated that the reason he didn't use Limbo was because Obito had the Rinnegan. Obito also didn't steal the sage mode, he stole some chakra. Even if what you say is true, and he is able to sense Limbo, that won't help him much. His only great method of "killing" would be Kamui, which is bad. If he uses the technique on any clone of Madara, then using Kamui for intangibility screams death. Madara would have 30+ clones on the court(5 Limbo and 25 wood).

By having clear sniping speed advantage 1st move is to remove that eye and then crush it.

After this nothing in maddy's arsenal can harm Obito due to intangibility, fast S/T and sage's senjutsu reactions that enhance his sharingan too.

While Obito can either snipe him either still more more chakra (assuming he's not in shitty condition like before, he should do better)

Later madara is owned via sealing in kamui dimension or killed by TSB rods.
