The Juubi is all natural energy not senjutsu, senjutsus is chakra+natural energy. Madara awakened the Sage's chakra when he got Ashura and Indra chakra and having that Sage chakra allows him to access Sage senjutsu over normal senjutsu. Madara didn't have much senjutsu from Hashirama, he only wanted it before since he needed it to take Juubito down and alive Madara used it as a boost to fight the Bijuus to capture them. Hashirama have been fighting Edo Madara on their level of fight which other ninja's couldn't even think to try and join; Hashirama even said the chakra rods were preventing him from making more chakra so Madara didn't get that much Senjutsu and it most likely ran out before Madara went against Gai.

Madara has his chakra, which contains Sage chakra, and Juubi's natural energy. Naruto was given Hagoromo's Yang chakra so Naruto does have Sage chakra as well which allows him to access Sage senjutsu when he gathers natural energy. Kurama's chakra is not natural energy even though it looks like he gathers natural energy when he's replenishing his chakra; most likely he gathers natural energy then transforms it into his own chakra as natural energy can't be sensed by those without the ability or training to yet Kurama's chakra can be sensed by others. So Naruto's RM uses Yin Kurama+natural energy to form his sage senjutsu and after the war its full Kurama+natural energy. Naruto can also absorb all the natural energy around him to further increase his reserves as he did against Sasuke where as Madara doesn't know how to do that.

Plus Naruto has 12 years to train and improve his skills and knowledge which his use of a large amount of clones could make those years equal to millions of days to himself. Naruto use 4 clones to go learn the basics of something then go off training with 800-1000 clones per day and if he did that for, say 10 years, that's equal to Naruto training for 2,920,000 days-3,650,000 days depending on how many clones he make. Naruto's base reserves not only get boosted from Hashirama's cells but also from him training as he grows up plus having full Kurama. Naruto could improve his taijutsu, master his Shinshun (which seems to be the case in ch. 700), improve his usage with weapons, learn kenjutsu, learn sealing jutsus, learn jutsus from all elements, learn to use yin yang release besides his healing Kakashi eye with it, negate Ninjutsus with his TSBs, learn and master the other Bijuu's abilities and use jutsus as the Edo Jinchuurikis did, and much more. DB also said Naruto gained understanding of chakra from his Sage senjutsu which is something Madara may not have since Hagoromo directly gave Naruto that powerup so might of gave it that ability.

Not really, as I said above you can have powers that Naruto have, add 12 years of training and growth and boom. Naruto might imbue Shukaku's sealing jutsu to a much stronger Rasengan then use his tailed beast Rasenshuriken to disrupt the Bijuus chakra and pull them out as he would be far stronger at 29-30 then when he was roughly at halve power and fighting for days. Sasuke more than likely went on to master all Rinnegan jutsus beyond Madara and can use them with his Susanoo for a greater effect. Sasuke having Hashirama's DNA, the EMS, and the Rinnegan should be able to copy any element jutsu Madara use such as wood jutsus, katon, storm, ect... Sure Madara can use 25 wood clones that can use Limbos but Sasuke pulling out wood clones that can Rinnegan shift to Madara or his clones directly would even that out. It would be close for Sasuke since their powers are similar but less close for Naruto
