i started to agree with some of the points you made until you ruined it by comparing lady hinata to sakura it shows you how insecure you are about sakuras character there was no need for it whatsoever. and no sakura dose not look better then lady hinata

Well, and I still see people calling her useless. I guess she could have more fights, since she is the main heroine, but she is not useless, she is not a fangirl anymore ... people bash Sakura just because she is Sakura.

Not really because shes Sakura. But because she is the main herorine of this manga. So they feel she should have been treated a lot better. The main argument against Sakura is not about how much featless she is. It has more to do with how important her character was portrayed in this manga. She did not live up to everyones expectations of being a great female character. That mainly has to do with Kishi not knowing what to do with her. Even if your a Sakura fan you should atleast acknowledge that fact.

I agree with nearly all points except "kaguya would not have been defeated without her" comment. A Naruto So6p mode with 5 tail enhanced strength would have done the same if not better job. Kishi was just trying to bring Team 7 together. She wasn't really needed.

I don't like Sakura at all, BUT, I do agree that she has contributed to the manga in terms of her feats. It would be ****ing stupid to discredit her there. Her greatest feat is her complete deciphering of Intangibility. Something people attribute to Kakashi. If it wasn't for her, the war dynamics would have been different at that point.
If not for that, Hinata's IQ is probably something you can count on the lines on a few fingers. I am not even joking. Despite her horrendous characterization, it is a fact that she contributed at a lot of places. At least this offers her some redemption in this regard. But Hinata? What are her plot contributions anyway?
On a side note, I saw some fool saying that Sakura is ugly and it's a manga fact. Really?

I know Kishi could have done a lot of better things with her, she has a great potential. She was almost forgotten for a time, she could have some more relevance in the main events and all...but what I'm trying to say is that I think it's unfair to see people hating and bashing her that much, she is not that bad. Many people have a bad impression of her (I have the feeling that part 1 is the main responsible) and because of this people turn up the nose at her, no matter what she does. For example, if Naruto doesn't give up on Sasuke, it's ok, he is a great friend, but if Sakura doesn't give up on him, she has no self respect, she is a fangirl... when Hinata screams Naruto-kun and needs someone to save her, it's ok too, she is cute, such love. But when it's Sakura who says Sasuke-kun and needs help, people say that she is a fangirl and call her useless b*tch. This is what bothers me.
