Her negatives greatly overshadows her positives. She has only been useful in two battles. The Sasori and Kaguya fight. With the her feats in the Kaguya fight being Plot Induced Stupidity rather than her own skill, those should be ignored. She mostly acts as a dismal in distress.

I also used to dislike Nami for the same reason, but Nami is really useful and useful on her own. Nami had to cheat luffy because she wanted money to free her village. What did Sakura do? She knew Naruto loved her

I would argue he is too good for her.Remember each time it was Sakura who started her own mistreatment.Sasuke was minding his own business but Sakura kept pushing herself on him like Hinata did on Naruto and unlike Naruto Sasuke is not the type to ignore someone.He shows you what what you are going to get and gives it to you
Being a couple with mutual murder attempts it's no wonder Kishi didn't bother to even write SS in the movie.Thendamage to the ship cannot be fixed easily.He admitted that SS was too complex to write in the preview event in Japan and it was better to focus on NH

Stopped reading when you said she is the most developed female character in the series.

Part 1: A crybaby girl who only wanted to win Sasuke's heart
Part 2: Crybaby status remains, obsession with Sasuke is still there.

The only good aspect of her character is that she became more useful. At the end of the day, she's still in love with Sasuke for no reason at all besides his Uchiha handsomeness, despite the countless abuse she received from him. Yep, she was and still is a desperate girl who always wanted to hop on the Uchiha D and that wish came true. Such great character development

I would say it's the exact opposite. The girl was the transgressor and made two attempts on his life, when he rescued her many times in the past. She isn't even that pretty.
