from what we've seen so far Doflamingo takes this. The only Damage Doffy has taken so far has been either directly or indirectly due to laws haxxed fruit. (Law warping luffys red hawk, Law using injection shot on the area that the red hawk had already damaged).
If Dofly can tank red hawks with minor damage and brush off injection shots like it was nothing then the M3 will have a hard time here. Sanji doesn't have anything to even put a scratch on Dofly, zoro's 1080 pound canon should prove effective if he actually lands it but it seems like he isn't used to the move and isn't able to use it in succession, Red hawk is able to momentarily make Dofly wince and that's about it for the M3 strongest moves.
Doflamingo could use a clone to fight Sanji and Low diff him
so now it will be Luffy and Zorro vs Doflamingo and if Law is barely having any luck despite him being stronger than Zoro (imo) and having a more diverse, haxxed and wider Aoe/Ranged moveset then I don't think Zoro will fair well even with Luffy
Just because it's 3 v 1 doesn't mean much. Doflamingo's moveset is built for fighting multiple people at once
Doflamingo mid diff from what we've seen so far
