Why kishimoto not giving that much screen time to Sasuke in the movie?

The movie's focus is NaruHina and according to a reporter's opinion, Sasuke gets too much focus since the show's name is Naruto. Sasuke actually was the one who closed off the series. The only Sasuke and Itachi OVA I know of is the Sunny-side up Battle, with Itachi cooking eggs for Sasuke. I really hope you didn't think that was supposed to be taken seriously...

Any confrontation between Sasuke and Toneri would end instantly. Sasuke either Solo claps, rinneiblitzes, or solo glances Toneri and the movie finishes 85 minutes earlier than scheduled and then Kishi doesn't get an opportunity to shoehorn in NaruHina moments to actually make their pairing slightly believable.
