Take Sasuke out of this manga and Naruto loses his goals to become stronger/become hokage/to bring Sasuke back to the village. Hell, he even loses his first love interest (Sakura) since he was only interested in her because she liked Sasuke.
Take Naruto out of his own manga and Sasuke still has his purpose/goals intact.
Sasuke survives as a character in this manga without Naruto, Naruto's character is pointless without Sasuke. Sasuke is the real main character of this manga. Deal with it hoe!!!

"The last" is the name of the movie and doesn't proves that this is the last movie.

Anyways,sasuke will get screen time but as spoiler indicated this movie is about the love of hinata and naruto.
Sasuke may get some fighting screen time.
