Description: The user sends an enormous amount of Wind Chakra into the sky, which causes a huge gale to come down and encircle the target in a dome of wind, in the wind the target is being rotated in mid-air, and is rapidly increasing in rotation so they cannot focus on hand signs properly and is also getting cut because of the wind. Because the dome is large, occasional gusts of wind are sent at the user.
*Wind Jutsu cannot be used for 2 turns after this jutsu is performed
*Does 15 damage to the User
*Can only be used once per battle
*Can only be used by members of Sharinganmasters Hideout

my body instantly erupts in fire and i fly forward at you top speed (thus leaving the gale behind me) while doing (this takes less then a second to do b/c i am in flame on mode)

(my hand signs are way faster b/c of my speed)
causing a river of mud to come from behind you pulling you off balance stopping any hand signs you were doing (b/c you are pulled off balance) while at the same time it pulls you directly into the incoming fireball (which by then is like 10 feet in front of you)
I would still have on my X-gloves, so I use

growing a forest under us, I then hide in one of the trees, while my forest starts attacking you with branches and such
my fireball was stronger because of flame on mode O_O but ok
as soon the forest begins to form i use (i simply fly out the way of any wood that comes)

b/c of flame on mode the fires are way stronger as is they are hot enough to melt earth to lava very fast and being that it is right inside your forest (it is roughly the same size plus the added addition of flame on mode) and since you hid in the wood which is all instantly burning b/c it is literally inside the bird itself and the bird is burning up any wood that isn't in it you instantly are incinerated

sending a large hand to help put out the bird's flames
1. its pretty much as soon as its formed you would incinerate as well as your forest you are literally IN the bird
2. even if you could use chakra sensing rain it would evaporate as soon as it came near the bird (it can heat the earth to lava really quickly)
3. even if it would slow down the incineration it would never put the bird out its a C rank my jutsu is S rank plus the added boost of flame on mode
