So according to the databook, Madara's storm release light fang is a light speed technique and Naruto dodged it at point blank range, which makes Naruto and Madara both light speed.

I dont see any light speed fast movement for that senpo inton raiha aka lightning in manga panel perspective but sure it move at lightning speed but not light speed.

Well it is a beam of light which can only move at the speed of light. Also Gai's space-time bending feat to a visible extent is only possible at high relativistic speeds. So it is possible.
Funny thing is that when the toriko's author calls an attack light speed, it is not a hyperbole...but when Kishi does it is .

It was Kaguya and it was only Planet buster. There is no proof that her dimension houses more than one planet. Also light particles can only travel at the speed of light......if ethereal transmission technique is considered light speed, then why can't this technique??
In One Piece Kizaru's transmission technique is also considered light speed. Same goes for Toriko's Coco's poison arrow. If they are not considered hyperbole, then why should this be?? We have already reached planet busting DC level, so light speed is not that far fetched. U_U
