Albel’s slender but muscled, especially in his legs (which without doubt aids him in his speed). Because of this, he has a slightly feminine figure and could be easily mistaken for such. He has a slender and narrow face, pale skin (though still looking healthy enough) and red eyes. His hair is probably his most noticeable feature, as it’s two-toned. The top of it is black which gradients to golden. It’s rather spiky and most of it hangs just above his shoulder. He has a longer ‘part’ of his hair though, which is tied into two rattails. Albel wears a clawed gauntlet over his wounded and scarred arm and has a long katana placed on his left hip at all times.
Personality:
On first glance, Albel seems extremely arrogant, insensitive and rude. In fact, he is incredibly obnoxious and anti-social, and wouldn’t get along with the majority of the people he’d meet. It seems he looks down on others (referring them by either “maggots”, “worms”, “fools” “scum” or, for some of the females “wench”). He insults practically everyone, and never lets an opportunity pass by to threaten said person’s life. It seems he doesn’t consider most to be worth his time (as they are too weak), and his only care is battle. He lives for battle, and happens to be ruthless to the ones he fights. This side of his personality has earned him the nickname ‘Albel the Wicked’, as most people don’t really want to look further into the personality of such a wicked and decidedly insane man.However, there’s a reason for his behavior. He has lost his father at a rather young age. Not just that, his father died because of his own failure. Albel was supposed to follow into his footsteps, but he couldn’t. He was too weak. He had not only disappointed his father, but was also responsible for his death. Albel held his father most-likely in high regard, having great respect for him and wanting to be like him. I imagine Albel to be quite a cocky brat before his age, so the incident had been quite a blow.
Albel had always blamed himself for his father’s death. He began to hate himself for it. This self-loathing grew, eventually hating himself for the person he had become. He has great loathing for weakness, but considers himself to be the weakest of them all. He didn’t consider himself worthy to be saved by his father. He didn’t want anyone else to make such a foolish mistake, thus he began to grow anti-social and incredibly obnoxious. His behavior made people turn away from him, which was exactly what he had wanted. No one would foolishly sacrifice himself for him if no one actually cared for him.
His arrogance is merely a cover. In fact, Albel’s extremely sensitive. He won’t cry about it though, he’ll be the type to brood in the corner instead. He won’t show such ‘weaknesses in front of others. Anger is the way Albel tends to deal with things. And even despite his title, Albel has a sense of honor, as twisted as it is. He doesn’t prey on the weak. He has no desire killing innocent people, even despite threatening their lives on nearly a daily basis. He's also an honest man, if there's anyone who wouldn't end up backstabbing you, it'd be Albel Nox (he'd rather stab you in the front).
Which brings me to the reason of that all he cares about is battle. He believes that only the strong survive, and that only the strong should survive. Those that can’t save themselves don’t deserve to be saved. Thus, Albel trains to become stronger, to perhaps be something close to the person he had always admired. But no matter how strong he becomes, he’ll always hate himself for his own weakness.
What should be noticed is that Albel is quite aware of the fact he hates himself. I don’t think that will change anytime soon. However, he tends to hold others on a distance as mentioned previously. However, there is a handful he does trust. These people managed to see through his arrogant surface, and Albel in turn opened up slightly. But whenever Albel isn't clouded by anger, when it comes to battle or stuff related to it he's very good at approaching things logically. On the other side he's easily angered and will act on impulse, even to the point of being reckless. Which side you'll get depends on the situation. It goes without saying that Albel is also a very stubborn man, and views the world in his own black/white view. Something is simply a threat, or not a threat.
Regardless, Albel is socially inept; he speaks little, and that which he says is often derogatory or threatening in nature, and he often refers to others as "maggots," "worms," and "fools."

History:
Albel was born into the famous clan the Uchiha in Konohagakure during the third ninja war. He grew up in a very strict household where he was trained by his father non stop day and night. His father wanted him to become a very strong ninja who would never fail a mission that he would be given or to never show any type of mercy to anyone. Village of Birth:

Background Info.
History:
When Albel hit fifteen he was promoted to Jounin rank. He exceeded everyone in his class and he flew through both Genin and Chunin. He completed every mission he was given without any trouble and they were always finished in a short amount of time. This made his father very proud that his son was becoming a truly great ninja just like him. A few days after he was promoted to Jounin, Albel was given an S rank mission and he accepted it without hesitation. The mission he was given was to go and assassinate a group of mist ninjas before they could attack his village. When his team made it to their destination they carefully planned out their attack, but what he didn't know was that one of his own teammates was actually a spy for the mist village and that he was reporting everything they were planning to the ninjas who were about to attack the village. As soon as Albel and his team were about to move in for the assassination the mist ninjas came out from behind them and surrounded them in a blink of an eye. Albel had no clue on how they knew they were here until he saw one of his teammates jump over next to one of the mist ninjas. As soon as that happened he then realized that he was a spy and that he gave away their position to the enemy. That set him off and made him lose it and then the battle between Albel’s small group and the mist ninjas began. As the battle grew on only a few of the mist ninjas were killed to where as all of Albel’s teammates were. The enemy had planted traps throughout the area and knew too much about his group which put them at a huge disadvantage. Albel had no choice but to retreat back to the village and tell them what had happen.
After hearing that Albel had failed his mission even though it wasn't his fault, his father was completely furious and embarrassed. His father couldn't stand what had happened and confronted Albel. He told him he must atone for his failure by fighting his father in an all out battle. Albel couldn't believe what he was hearing. His own father telling him he has to fight him just because of one failed mission. He just couldn't do it, he looked up to him and he just could not bare it to fight his old man. The old man was furious that his son would not fight him so he used a fire jutsu on Albel. He didn't have time to dodge the jutsu so all he could do was try to block it with his left arm. As a result, Albel's left arm was severely burned. A few weeks later his father died of a rare disease. After his father had died Albel left the village and was never seen again until recently when he had heard about the Uchiha clan massacre. Once he heard about it he started asking around who was the cause of it and he finally found the answer he had been looking for. It was Uchiha Itachi. He swore to him self that he would find this Uchiha Itachi and make him answer for his crimes committed against his clan. Now Albel roams from village to village gathering info on Itachi's whereabouts.
A few years have gone by and traveling to many villages and towns Albel finally arrives in a place where few men barely go, the desert, home to the village hidden in the sand, Sunagakure. Traveling through the hot and dry desert he meets a man just walking about in the desert and confronts him hoping to gather some kind of information. The man was an odd one but seemed to interest Albel so much that they began walking side by side talking about things Albel would never be caught telling anyone one, his past. They finally make it to the village hidden in the sand and continued walking through the village till they arrive at the largest building in the center of the village. Albel looked up at it and was astounded by the size of it as it was almost as large as the Kage mansion in his home village. The man who he met with paused for a moment and then looked over at Albel and told him that this is where they will split from another, as the man had tons of paper work to finish in the large building in front of them. Albel looked a little surprised that this man worked in this building and wondered what he did and what this building was, so he asked the man before they parted from each other. When the man answered Albel, Albel couldn’t believe what he was told, that the man who was just strolling alone in the desert, the man who he talked with up until now was the Kazekage of this village and that this was the Kage mansion. The Kazekage couldn’t help but let out a small laugh and offered Albel to come up to his office, and with a quick nod Albel accepted. Making it up to the top floor they entered the Kazekage’s office where the Kage offered a seat for Albel as he himself sat down at his desk. As they sat down the Kazekage said that they have been talking this whole time but never truly introduced themselves to one another, so he told Albel his name was Jokey and of course Albel did the same and told Jokey his name. Jokey looked at Albel and told him that after talking with him during the time that they did, he could tell that Albel wanted to just find a new place to call home, start a new life and forget about what has happened in the past. Standing up from behind his desk Jokey with a straight face asked if Albel would like to become a villager of the sand, no, a family member of the village he calls home. It was true, deep down inside Albel wished to just put his past behind him and move on and start a new, and with Jokey’s offer he could do just that. The room became silent for a few minutes until it was broken by the word ‘yes’. Albel had accepted to become part of this village and to start anew.
A month goes by and Albel has finally settled into the village like it had always been his home from the start, he was actually happy. Later on that day he headed on over towards the Kage mansion to see if there were any available mission he could take up to earn some extra cash, when all of a sudden he saw a large group of Sand Shinobi rushing through the village and out through the main gate. Albel wondered what was happening so he rushed towards the mansion and bursts into the Kage’s office asking what was going on, only to be answered with a single word from Jokey, “War”. Albel couldn’t believe what he heard, “war”, war with who and why? Just what was going on? He had to know why this was happening and he had to know now. He looked Jokey in the eyes asked him his questions and waited for a reply and that reply he so desperately wanted to hear was not something he actually wanted to hear. Apparently, one of Suna’s officials, Gaara(Aizen), had found out that Kumo was preparing to attack Suna so Jokey made the call attack them before they could attack Suna hoping to catch them off guard. Wanting to help and show his loyalty he asked Jokey if he could help in someway shape or form, of course Jokey nodded and allowed him to head to the front lines to help attack Kumo. Ready for action Albel heads out of the mansion and towards the gates where he could already see that everyone was already gone. Everyone should be at Kumo by now so he had to hurry and get there as fast as he could, so with a single motion he called forth one of his companions, Zero, a large Sea Gull to fly him to the battle field.
Not too long after taking off with Zero, Albel arrived at the borderlands of Kumo where he could see multiple battles taking place. The moment they land Zero disperses and leaves Albel to travel forwards on his own. Doing so Albel runs into a Kumo shinobi called Gin(Better) and immediately engage in battle. The battle it self didn’t last too long as Albel finished off the Kumo shinobi quite quickly, but only to find out it was nothing but a clone. Annoyed by this tactic Albel pushes onwards in hopes to find some of his comrades and help them, but that never came true as yet another Kumo shinobi appeared before him. This one was a little different than the one before as it was an actual person this time, not a clone. The man that stood before him was Vergil(Ciberr) and he was in a hurry to take out Albel. The battle between them was intense as attacks flew back and forth back and forth, the two were on equal ground and the fight could end with either one being the victor. After many hours of going against each other, both worn out, blood and sweat dripping down from their bodies, an image appeared in the sky above them(the big bad mods u.u) telling everyone that the war between the two villages was over and that all fighting should be ceased. Both of them looked at each other and agreed to call it truce and leave. With the war over the remaining Suna shinobi headed back to their village with the dead on their back hoping to give them a proper burial back at the village. As they arrived the Kazekage had some terrible news for everyone. It appears that Gaara had actually made up the whole thing about Kumo wanting to attack Suna. Gaara was nothing but a spy and a traitor who had hope to bring the destruction of the sand village. With this news in hand the village went into an uproar and chaos flooded the streets. There was nothing that could be done to stop this and the Kazekage couldn’t handle it anymore so he ended up stepping down as Kage and left the village. The village was left without a leader and no one to stop the chaos that is now covering the village. Albel saw no hope in this village any more and also decided to up and leave along with a few others.
A few months later as Albel was traveling the world again like he did in the past he came across some news that his old village, Sunagakure, had finally elected a new Kage and things were turning around for the village. He thought maybe he should go back and see who this new Kazekage was and see just how well this new Kage has fixed the village. With his decision in mind he heads back the land of wind. He was back in the village and could see it had grown and the people were no longer in turmoil. This made him happy and made him believe that he could stay here again, but that soon came to and end, rather quickly as the new Kage had up and disappeared leaving the village to rot. With this the past came back and the village was shifting back to its old ways when Jokey left. Again, a new Kage was elected and the process started all over again. It was tiresome. A new person would become their new leader and then either leave or not care anymore, causing people to leave the village and destroying its man power. This went on for a long time until one day its people had had enough. The people who have been in the village the longest decided to bring an end to this curse, and decided to make Albel himself the new and 11th Kazekage. No one objected to this, and neither did Albel. With this he was now the new leader of the village and with his new power he hoped to bring a new era to this sandy village.
7 Months have past since he became the Kazekage and things in Suna slowly began to change for the better. This is what he had wished for and it was finally becoming true. All that was left was to figure out what the current Hokage of the Leaf was up too. A while back the Hokage had sent a messenger to the sandy village in hopes of meeting with Albel, but why? The message that was given didn’t have much detail and all he could do was wait for the next message to come.

Katon: Being born a Uchiha and using this element over the span of his lifetime he has grown a passion for this element to where it has become his pride and joy, his primary affinity. For his love of the element and using it for so long he has mastered it to a degree that he now only needs a single hand-seal to perform katon jutsus that usually require more than one.
Raiton: After training throughout the years Albel finally learned what his second affinity was and that was Raiton. Learning this he tried his hardest to master the element and become one with it just like he had with his fire, but he couldn't take it as far as he thought. Even though he truly cherished lightning he was only able to take it a few steps forward to where he could perform lightning jutsus at a much faster rate than most. Thus becoming his second affinity.
Weapons: Albel has the usual stuff like kunais, shurikens, wire, smoke bombs, flash bombs, explosives tags, etc, etc. But he also carries his most treasured Katana that belonged to his late father. He wears it at all times on his left hip. Albel also has a large metal gauntlet with a claw at the end that covers his entire left arm to hide his scarred arm. The claw itself is extremely sharp and can tear through flesh with ease.
Tattoo's & Summonings: Albel has a long tribal tattoo beginning from his left collar bone and runs down near the middle of his chest and begins to curve down towards his left hip. He also has a red dragon right below his right rib cage that extends to his right side and travels down towards his right hip. Aside from those two normal tattoo's Albel also has two special ones that allow him to summon two different kinds of creatures, Sea Gulls & Barnacles. The one that allows him to summon Sea Gulls is well a Sea Gull tattoo that is placed on his left forearm, and then a Barnacle tattoo on the palm of his left hand.
Uchiha's Bloodlimit, The Sharingan: Albel after training long and hard has finally awoken all three tomoes of his Sharingan which now allows him to perceive motions, copy the motions perceived, and predict motions. Not only that but also allows him to track high speed movements that can't be tracked with normal eyes, and allows him to pierce right through visual Genjutsus of B-rank and lower that are place on him.
