Do all Rin'negan users get Limbo?

Explain why Sasuke can turn it on and off and that will validate your argument. We've seen only original users of the eye can turn it on and off, whereas people who were given eyes can't. Sasuke evidently can.

There's a difference between the people who implanted other Doujutsu than Sasuke. The difference is, they implanted Doujutsu ''biologically''. Sasuke's Rinnegan is ''mystically''. Sasuke's Rinnegan is Chakra form that can be manipulated at will, whereas Obito's and Nagato's case is their Rinnegan was implanted biologically. They cannot manipulate their genetics.​

Not so sure on that, Sasuke in manga has never turned it off, despite his basic sharingan being deactivated.

He has it turned off in The Last (confirmed canon), and he is shown with normal eyes in the epilogue (Chapter 700) and nothing suggest that he lost his powers, so the only conclusion is that he turned it off.

Not at all. Limbo is arguably the most specific power the Rin'negan can offer and you expect Sasuke to use it within hours of acquiring the Rin'negan? No. It would take years of mastery to gain it, at the least.

My point was that the databook asserts that all Rin'negan users (the ones that awakened it and have access to its full powers) can utilize Limbo. We've all been assuming that Limbo is specific to Madara because he was the only one shown to use it, but the databook asserts that you only need a user of the Rin'negan to use it. Which leads me to believe Sasuke can use it to because he awakened the Rin'negan.

That sort of make it looks like you're grasping at straws. Sasuke's Rin'negan is part of him biologically. It's awakened with Hagoromo's chakra and becomes a part of you, it's not like Obito mystically giving Kakashi the Dual Mangekyou. It's a permanent power.

That was a nerf on Kishi's behalf to "even" the fight...of course they got many nerfs.

Naruto not flying but using a clumsy avatar

In the epilogue his eye is hidden...what we saw was the right eye (ems). I'll wait on the movie being out, before going by that since by manga the eye has never deactivated.

Sasuke wouldnt be able to master it in a day or so, but he did rely on the beasts more than Naruto in their fight [since he couldn't get his opponent serious into fighting him]...

Sasukes S/T only worked on physical objects...

Naruto did sense Sasuke when he used S/T after using Katon...

Actually he did when he tried to attack the limbo clone using his sword, he also noticed that the clones return to the original afer some period of time.. It should've been sufficient,since it does not require any kind of hand gestures/seals...

Imo it doesn't matter if he received the power, it's still HIS Rinnegan. Hagoromo didn't implant the eye into Sasuke, it developed after he got the power from him. So he technically has awakened it aswell, even if it was with some help.

It doesn't necessarily mean everyone with the Rinnegan has it.
Amaterasu is a special ability to MS, so is Kamui. They're both MS techniques. You can't say everyone has Kamui if they have MS.
It's a special ability to Madara's Rinnegan, just like Amenotejikara is Sasuke's special ability.

I'd say no. Madara has Limbo and Sasuke has teleportation. Taking Madara's Limbo would be just like how Kishimoto never showed his two Mangekyou abilities.
