Do all Rin'negan users get Limbo?

I know we've all been under the assumption that it is Madara's own technique, but the recent databook sort of discredits that.

The Rinnegan can shape one shadow. With a complete set of two Rinnegan it can shape 4.

When fighting the enemy in close combat the shadow will stay away. But after a time the shadow will return.

It doesn't say anything about it being specific to Madara, whereas Amenotejikara was said to be specific to Sasuke. This leads to a possibility that Hagoromo and Sasuke may also possess Limbo.

Perhaps with experience they can use it to where they can manipulate their shadow(s) similar to Madara but I think that's pretty much saying they have access to seeing the Limbo World. I believe it's because Madara has had the Rinnegan for so long that he's able to manipulate the shadows his Rinnegan creates for him.

My point was that the databook asserts that all Rin'negan users (the ones that awakened it and have access to its full powers) can utilize Limbo. We've all been assuming that Limbo is specific to Madara because he was the only one shown to use it, but the databook asserts that you only need a user of the Rin'negan to use it. Which leads me to believe Sasuke can use it to because he awakened the Rin'negan.

Well, considering Sasuke, a Rinnegan user, can see Madara's Rinbo clone and the shadow realm it comes from thus pointing to some kind of connection, yes, i think Rinnegan users can manifest their own Rinbo clones like Madara did under conditions:

• Must have their own rinnegan or rinnegans. The full power of the eye comes out only when its owner uses them, aka the one that awakened the eyes. If A isn't the owner he can still see B's Rinbo clone, but not manifest his own (pointed out when JJ Madara said he shouldn't use Rinbo Hengoku when in Obito's presence, someone who possessed also a Rinnegan)
• Must have mastered the Rinnegan eye or eyes. Sasuke probably couldn't create his shadow since he had a Rinnegan for less than two days. Madara, who fully knew the power of the eye, could instead manifest his shadows.

When u have the rinnegan you automatically master all the nature types and you know every jutsu . There was a reason mAdara didn't use limbo against obito because obito had his rinnegan. We're he would be able to see limbo

Did you even read the OP? Even Madara Rules admitted Madara isn't the only one able to use it.

Yeah, this is pretty much what I meant. Sasuke definitely couldn't use it in his Shippuden form, aka the Sasuke in the last fight. I'm saying this is after years of mastering the Rin'negan.

Explain why Sasuke can turn it on and off and that will validate your argument. We've seen only original users of the eye can turn it on and off, whereas people who were given eyes can't. Sasuke evidently can.

Not so sure on that, Sasuke in manga has never turned it off, despite his basic sharingan being deactivated.
