You forgot that Madara has a huge weakness that is easily exploitable:
He wants to know History and he is naive , bad team.
He believes in what is written on an old stone.

With that in mind , there are a lot of possible ways to defeat him , you just need to manipulate that naive guy like a puppet.

Madara knew that the uchiha stone was faked......he just ignored that black zetsu was the one behind faking it......do you realize that if black zetsu failed in stabbing Madara and making kaguya emerge...Madara will erase him from existense?...
