I doubt Kaguya can take madara, he has basic knowledge of everything jutsu, old and new, and knows how to utilize them effectively in battle. Kaguya only shifts dimensions and runs out of chakra. She doesn't use any jutsu other than kimmimaro's bone, and the gentle fist thing. Madara basically knows a lot more jutsus than her and without black zetsu, he takes her. The problem comes in sealing her though. If Hagoromo gives madara the same jutsus he gave sasuke and naruto, madara will definitely own kaguya.

The plot stated Hagoromo is slightly stronger than Madara, and that Kaguya is MUCH stronger than Madara. Logic states two people could solo him. Madara's weakness is that he sucks at guarding his back despite all the talk about being careful. Just look at how many guys caught him off guard.

You are only talking about strength.

You forgot that Madara has a huge weakness that is easily exploitable:
He wants to know History and he is naive , bad team.
He believes in what is written on an old stone.

With that in mind , there are a lot of possible ways to defeat him , you just need to manipulate that naive guy like a puppet.
