As for the radio frequency being weak against rain by it saying that the rain only passes through it if u were wondering it doesnt stop the sound.
Your kunais would need to pass trough a dense forest, i dont think it's possible, it would hit a tree or something, but whatever, as i my clone sees them he sends a some kunais two with wires and wind chakra infused. Once they hit yours, he imediattly cuts his chakra flow on the wires since fire would probably came from them. Right after that happens my clone dies due to your radio frequency X.X
As my clone desappears i know it has to do something with the sound (any experience the clones gain during their existence is transferred to the user) so i imediattly use

While your clone runs to me the 4th throws 2 kunais at him hitting him one at the back of his head and another at his leg, keeping him from moving (note that because of the rain and because he is running and the noise he does while doing that he isnt capable of noticing the kunai, also, he needs to keep focus on the rasengan otherwise he will stop doing it).

You cant even fly with that jutsu, you can be pushed back but not fly, and on top of that, you fly and land on top of a gigantic plateau with just C-rank wind? It's impossible^^ besides that, look at the description, the wind cuts and slices so you're all cut and bleeding.
Btw you only defended from the lightning that comes from above and not the one that came from the ground, which kills all your clones since no one defended against it. And let me remember you made 4 clones, meaning your chakra got devided by 5 ppl (you and your clones), so you dont have that much chakra. Also, i dont know how you can use lightning jutsus like chidori since you're made of water and you only shock yourself so you basically killed yourself.
But whatever.
