He could easily outclass 90% of the people throughout the war. He'd give a very hard time to Madara and Obito if his stamina lasts long enough. With the intellect and no backfire to his eyesight, he would have multiple shots in giving a fatal blow to either one.

No, a level above Kage but that's were Naruto and Sasuke were at before Hagoromo powerup and Madara, Hashirama, and Tobirama are like 2 levels above Kage level. Itachi's chakra reserve would increase but he still would be dying from his illness and would need medicine to stay alive. So even though the MS jutsus wouldn't cause him physical pain anymore, he still can't push his body too far without suffering health issues. He would be below EMS Sasuke and BM Naruto

I'm indifferent with this. He'd be at least at their level or above when his stamina serves him. But reminding us about the illness makes me think how much handicaps his character had and yet he still managed to become superior than anyone in each of his battles.

Well he focused on his genjutsu skills which doesn't requires him to push his body. Itachi fought Jounins such as Kakashi and Kurenai, young Deidara, Orochimaru, Academy Sasuke, low Chunin level Sasuke, high Chunin level Naruto; he beat them with genjutsus for the most part not fight them all out. Sasuke was said to have stronger eyes than Itachi before getting EMS so Sasuke would be stronger than Itachi in eye power and EMS Sasuke was fighting along side BSM Naruto who was roughly at half his power (he needed to borrow chakra from Yin Kurama 2 times).

Now this is an Itachi without training with his EMS just like Naruto and Sasuke didn't train with EMS or BM/BSM so Itachi would be learning to use his eye as he fought like Sasuke but his stamina would still be belong that of Sasuke or Naruto. Itachi can't use Enton so he wouldn't have enton arrows or blades but he will still have Yata mirror and Totsuka blade but I was talking above skills and power before.

It's questionable whether Sasuke would have stronger eye power. Genjutsu-wise, no one could compete with Itachi. Sasuke was never the Genjutsu type anyway.

You don't have to learn how to use EMS. EMS is MS without the drawbacks. Itachi's Genius is portrayed to be on pedestal in NV. He would have no problem adapting to anything new if the situation presented itself.

I used to believe that you got Perfect Susanoo with EMS, but it turns out that you need to be an Indra reincarnation like Madara/Sasuke, or have Uchiha+Senju chakra like Obito.

The only reason he had a "shit stamina" was because he was sick, and assuming he really did have a bad stamina, EMS would still not affect him because it's a known fact that that's the main of point of the EMS is that it does not **** your stamina, unlike regular MS.
