I thought it seals anything's soul inside of it? Well if the fat pain gets stabbed, he gets summoned back by Animal Path. And all he did was throw Kunai at the King of Hell's eyes. That's not countering the linked vision. And tbh, all Itachi did was Amaterasu Pain's summons with his Unlimited chakra, and throw Kunai at the King of Hell's eyes. That's basically all he did.
