This is a thread for those who believe Naruto was "incredibly" nerfed during his second VotE fight with Sasuke. Let's dig into it, shall we?
But Hans! Where were the Biju during the fight? Why didn't we see the nine Biju Rasenshuriken that Naruto used against Kaguya?!
Simple. Every time Naruto used one of the Biju's chakra, he's had to communicate with one of the Biju and ask for it's chakra to be lent out to him. For Naruto to use the Biju's chakra, he has to be lent the power. EX:
In the last panel, they're all agreeing and saying yes in compliance to Naruto asking for their chakra. It's a joint effort. Now, how exactly is Naruto supposed to communicate with the Biju if they're under Sasuke's genjutsu? Hmm?Important questions!
But Hans! The portions of the Biju that were in Naruto's body are able to communicate with him!
Wrong. The Biju aren't split up into portions like Yin-Yang Kurama and they all only have one psych (aside from Yin-Yang Kurama) How do I know they only have one psych? Because the manga hasn't suggested that they do, and there's little to no evidence supporting this alleged claim.
But Hans! Naruto wasn't trying to kill Sasuke! Sasuke had the intention to kill!
Uh, so what? If I walk in on my little brother being molested by some creep? Do you think I'll kill the guy? No, because then I'll go to jail for murder and serve years inside a prison. However, you can bet your ass I'll break his legs so he won't ever walk again. So what's up with this weird analogy? Just because Naruto didn't have the intention to kill Sasuke, doesn't mean he didn't do all he could to take him down. Naruto has always been the type to go all out and do his very best. Hell, it's his ninja way. He realized that unless he gave it his everything, he wasn't going to bring down Sasuke. And since he didn't have access to the Biju's chakra, this was his strongest attack:
AND NOT THIS (he didn't have access to their chakra...):
But Hans! What about Naruto's alleged chakra exhaustion?
You guys would actually be right about this one. Can't deny hardcore manga facts, and manga facts say Naruto was nearly drained dry. However, running on Kurama juice is what's got Naruto through this war in the first place. Truth be told, he was really drained here:
And this was over 100 chapters ago. So, how has Naruto been able to combat these demi-Gods and do so much for the Shinobi Alliance? That's pretty easy. Chakra is like a life force, and if you receive some, you're right as rain. Proof? This is all the proof you need:
Conclusion: Naruto's only nerf was his chakra exhaustion. He was in the war far longer than Sasuke, and he was probably tired as all hell. But, you can't deny that receiving chakra is like a good night's rest and a cup o' coffee combined.
*No I'm not some Sasuke fanboy that denies Sasuke's loss. I don't really care, he lost.
*If you honestly think Naruto should've won that fight with anything other than extreme difficulty (which it was) you're a God damn fanboy.
*Keep the trolling to a minimum. (I said minimum, I like a little trolling
*If you ask me a question or try to make an argument that's already been countered in the OP, I'm just gonna ignore you.
