I don't think Sasuke is blitzing anybody here. Sasukes striking speed isn't as fast a Juubis Jin from a point blank range, and 1 Ms Obito phased through it.

Zero evidence to support Obito being able to Kamui snipe from over 100m away. Not to mention Sasuke can just get closer. He's been able to use his eye 3 times before needing to recharge it.

There is no "Sasuke disappears and intangibility is on" Sasuke moving from point A to point B is instant. Obito's reactions aren't instant, so he gets blitzed and killed. The same thing already happened in canon with Minato vs. Obito, not gonna debate over something that is already manga fact. Obito turned his ghost mode off, and attacked Minato, Minato teleported above him, instantaneously, and slammed him into the ground with Rasengan.
