* Descripton: Lightning that covers the user and spun around there body till its shape like a dragon of wind and lightning which doesnt need to hit the opponent directly to cause damage.If it misses a bolt can leap from it and strike the opponent on the users order.

Wouldn't the wind jutsu I cast disperse any jutsu you cast to block the Dragon Tornado, and I begin to breathe heavy and my movements are slowed.

And im sure it isnt the whole forest.. Very Sure..
There is lots of forest left..
Because the lava doesnt last forever.. oO
And is very small.. For an entire battlefield ?
Also the range is short.. so it wont damage my trees much..
