Ichigo didn't try one bit against those sternritters and still owned them. He isn't even bankai yet, so yeah I would have to say that at this point Ichigo is the strongest in Bleachverse, if not then he will be very soon.

Current Ichigo is no stronger than Ichibei (possible stronger), Uryuu or Hashwalth.

So there is a couple of character there are stronger than him right now: SK, Yamamoto, Yhwach, Hogyoku Aizen and even Mugetsu Ichigo.

Current Ichigo's feats are poor. Defeating Candice, ordinary captain level fighter.... That's same feat like Urahara or Aizen, it's far from being strongest shinigami, let alone strongest character.

Same SR he handle was subordinate of Bambitte. Bambietta is far from being strongest SR. He was able to beat Candice, and he used shikai technique for that. Kisuke and Aizen were able to beat captain level opponents even without their zanpakutos.

Oetsu (without even shikai) is strong enough to one shot 3 SR. These 3 SRs are on completely other level than Candice. They are Elites, but Candice was subordinate of Bambietta, non Elite SR.

Elites > Bambietta > Candice.

Current Ichigo is not impressive. Bankai or hollofication is not part of his shikai power. He used both of his swords and used Getsuga Juushiro (or whatever it's name was), which is likely stronger than Getsuga Tensho (2 swords > 1 swords).

And it's very possible that Ichigo don't has Hollofication anymore, otherwise it would be plot hole, why didn't he use it against Yhwach?

Candice didn't really show anything that would put her above level of average/mid captain, she is not really stronger than Ichigo that fought Hashwalth in the first invasion.

If anything that Candice would lose to Shikai Aizen, Shikai Urahara, Shikai Unohana, Shikai Isshin, Shikai Ichigo (already beat her), Hashwalth,...

By the way, who is Udahra?

As I asked how do you think is going to beat Bach??

So previously his hollow powers were expressed in his mask, now they are expressed in one of blades.

I am sorry, but I disagree. Ichigo possess his hollow power since Hollow-Ichigo is his Shinigami-hollow power. And how would trained Ichigo his Qunicy power?? Zangestu the old man can let him uses his power. Uryuu have allied with the enemy.

Great example is Naruto. Naruto prior to getting control over Kyuubi, numeros time got help from Kyuubi, who let him that power.

I agree with Uryuu he will not stay forever with the enemy, but this comparison between Naruto and Ichigo worked not so good, because Zangestus are Ichigo. Kurama is not Naruto. He trained to obtained bankai and he was trained to subjugate hollo-Ichigo.

Could you explain me how is going to train Ichigo how to use his Qunicy power?? I mean when he learned the FGT he learned from Zangestu.
