His victories come by way of PIS and gimped opponents. Case and point, Danzo not able to utilize Kotoamatsukami and crush him instantly, Deidara's explosion being magically avoided with the biggest Deus Ex in series history, and defeating a Naruto who was barely trying. Didn't summon Bunta, who 1 shots, didn't use any Kage Bunshin, was fighting without killer intent and having already fought several times earlier than the day against a fresh Sasuke sucking off Orochimaru's Curse Power.
Sasuke's only non-tainted victory was against Sound Fodder, who were barely genin level, and Academy Naruto who had 0 training. Unless you want to count bullying Samurai and White Zetsu fodder, which you may very well have to in order to appropriate the skewed record.
His losses, however, are staggering.
