They most likely inherited some of it yes. Those whiskers are proof that the kyuubi's chakra has at the very least affected them in some way. They likely have considerably more chakra than normal people, just like Naruto (even without kurama his chakra levels are sky high).

Tailed Beast chakra leaks all the time from a Host, Naruto's Children have whisker marks like their Father because Kurama chakra was in Naruto's sperm. This also makes them better attune to Tailed Beast Chakra to detect it.
